Acerola cherry

Acerola cherry is a bitter fruit with a high vitamin C content as well as a wide profile of phytonutrients. High in antioxidants, cherries are a great support for detoxification and healing. The natural vitamin C foods in All You Need provides 500% of the RDA per serving.


Ashwagandha is one of the major remedies in Ayurvedic medicine. Its name means ‘the grounded strength of a stallion’ indicating its libido enhancing properties. It is a premier adaptogen, helping the body cope with the stresses of life. It regulates hormones and is good for memory.


BCAA (Branched-chain amino acids) are a group of 3 essential amino acids – leucine, isoleucine and valine. They are an energy source for our muscles and support exercise duration and performance. They may also help with weight loss and reducing fatigue after performance.


Beetroot may be one of the world’s best foods with an assortment of nutrients – folate, iron, manganese, potassium and vitamin C. High in antioxidants and immune regulating anthocyanins, choline for improved memory and ALA to lower glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. It contains nitric oxide increases oxygen in the body allowing higher performance and betain to help cleanse the liver and balance hormones.

Camu camu

Camu camu is from South America and contains the highest vitamin C content of any plant. Vitamin C helps the body resist infections and is necessary to keep the disease-fighting white blood cells active. As an antioxidant it helps prevent free radical damage of cells thus promoting longevity.

Coconut MCT powder

Coconut MCT powder is a medium chain triglyceride oil and is a ‘good’ fat. MCT has about 10% of the calories as LCT’s (found in olive oil, nuts etc). It can support weight loss by helping fat burning and increasing energy and performance, as well as helping us feel full. It supports cognitive function and may help manage epilepsy, autism and Alzheimer’s disease.

Chaga mushroom

Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that grows on and synthesises the nutrients of the birch tree known as the ‘king of immortality’. It is high in beta glucans, which help balance and optimise the response of the immune system. It activates the immune response to combat cancer, helps manage pain, lowers blood pressure, normalises blood sugar and supports a healthy heart, intestines and liver.

Konjac fibre

Konjac fibre is an aid to digestion as it is a great source of soluble fibre which is essential for absorption of nutrients and healthy bowel movement. Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose levels.

Lions mane mushroom

Lions mane mushroom is a powerful tonic for the brain and cognitive function, helping memory, concentration and helping reduce anxiety and brain fog. It reduces inflammation in the body and is used to repair nerve damage.

Maca powder

Maca powder is derived from the root vegetable from the Andes. Known as ‘the Spanish Viagra’ after the effects it had upon invading Spanish soldiers, it is a powerful food to support the hormones and is rich in B vitamins.


Moringa is called the ‘miracle tree’ and has been used by the WHO to combat malnutrition for over 25 years. Moringa is a complete protein and a good source of iron, calcium, vitamins A, C & E and omega 9 essential fat. Like all super-greens moringa assists in detoxification and its enzymes help the absorption of nutrients.


Nettle considered a weed by some, is one of our most powerful superfoods. Contains a wide range of nutrients (such as iron, magnesium and calcium). A great detoxing plant to help the liver function effectively. It can help reduce inflammation, manage hay fever, allergies, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. It can also help increase milk flow in feeding mothers.

Pea and quinoa protein

Peas are a fantastic low-calorie source of protein, containing all essential amino acids, especially high in arginine, which promotes healthy blood flow and heart health. Peas are a good source of iron.
Quinoa is a gluten free seed from South America used for 5000 years as a staple in the Andes that is now grown in the UK. It is a ‘complete protein’ containing all essential amino acids – a good source of dietary fibre, B vitamins and has a low GI index.
Our plant protein is Bio fermented to improve the absorption of the nutrients, especially the protein in these foods.

Reishi mushroom

Reishi is a medicinal mushroom with thousands of years of use. Known as the ‘queen of immortality’ it is an adaptogen which means it helps the body deal with the negative effects of stress, maintain hormonal balance and heal damaged cells. It promotes antibodies that enhances white blood cells to destroy pathogens and viruses.


Rosehips are one of the highest sources of vitamin C. During WWII tonnes of rosehips were harvested to provide vitamin C when supplies of citrus fruit were restricted. The vitamins and other phytonutrients in rosehips helps to regenerate skin cells, heal wounds and scars.

Sea Buckthorn

Sea Buckthorn produces an organge berry that is incredibly high in vitamin C (and contains vitamin A, E & K). It is a source of omega 3, 6, 7 & 9 essential fatty acids, making it an ingredient in some expensive ‘superfood’ beauty products. Its high natural source of antioxidants helps protect against illnesses like heart disease, cancer and respiratory viruses.

Grey sea salt

Grey sea salt is one of the most mineral rich foods on earth. Natural salt is essential for good health, unlike table salt which is best avoided. Harvested from a clean source, our grey sea salt provides sodium and other minerals.

Turkey tail mushroom

Turkey tail mushroom contains specific beta glucans that regulate the immune system and have cancer-fighting properties. It is excellent to ward off fungal overgrowths and a tonic for the liver and helps treat infections such as HIV.


Magnesium is required for 700 functions in the body including heart, brain and hormonal health. It is estimated that most people in the west are deficient in magnesium, which must contribute to untold illness. Our magnesium is naturally sourced and provides 80% of the RDA per serving.


Wheatgrass is the first sprouted leaves of the common wheat plant. It is gluten free and has high levels of vitamins and minerals, containing chlorophyll to help the body detox and increase blood circulation. A good source of enzymes to help absorb nutrients and assist digestion. May help lower LDL cholesterol and regulate blood sugar.

Stevia leaf extract

Stevia leaf extract is made from the stevia plant which is a natural sweetener. It contains no calories and has a GI index rating of 0. It contains many plant sterols and antioxidants and helps to decrease blood sugar levels.

Non synthetic vanilla extract

Non synthetic vanilla extract is made from the vanilla plant, one of the most expensive and delicious herbs on earth. Vanilla is calming for the nervous system and research indicates it may have antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective qualities.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a bacteria found in the soil which is an essential nutrient for cellular and brain function. It is a common deficiency in both meat eaters and vegans, which can lead to physical and mental disease. AYN provides 43,000% of the RDA of B12 per serving.

Vitamin D3
