Ashwagandha is one of the major remedies in Ayurvedic medicine. Its name means ‘the grounded strength of a stallion’ indicating its libido enhancing properties. It is a premier adaptogen, helping the body cope with the stresses of life. It regulates hormones and is good for memory.

Acerola cherry
Acerola cherry is a bitter fruit with a high vitamin C content as well as a wide profile of phytonutrients. High in antioxidants, cherries are a great support for detoxification and healing. The natural vitamin C foods in All You Need provides 500% of the RDA per serving.

Beetroot
Beetroot may be one of the world’s best foods with an assortment of nutrients – folate, iron, manganese, potassium and vitamin C. High in antioxidants and immune regulating anthocyanins, choline for improved memory and ALA to lower glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. It contains nitric oxide increases oxygen in the body allowing higher performance and betain to help cleanse the liver and balance hormones.

Camu camu
Camu camu is from South America and contains the highest vitamin C content of any plant. Vitamin C helps the body resist infections and is necessary to keep the disease-fighting white blood cells active. As an antioxidant it helps prevent free radical damage of cells thus promoting longevity.

Chaga mushroom
Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that grows on and synthesises the nutrients of the birch tree known as the ‘king of immortality’. It is high in beta glucans, which help balance and optimise the response of the immune system. It activates the immune response to combat cancer, helps manage pain, lowers blood pressure, normalises blood sugar and supports a healthy heart, intestines and liver.

Coconut MCT powder
Coconut MCT powder is a medium chain triglyceride oil and is a ‘good’ fat. MCT has about 10% of the calories as LCT’s (found in olive oil, nuts etc). It can support weight loss by helping fat burning and increasing energy and performance, as well as helping us feel full. Konjac fibre
Konjac fibre is an aid to digestion as it is a great source of soluble fibre which is essential for absorption of nutrients and healthy bowel movement. Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose levels.

Maca powder
