I love the sweet taste and the texture. It wakes me up in the morning. I mix it with rolled oats, Linwoods Brazil nut mix and coconut milk. Thank you fora wonderful product which contains so many health boosting ingredients.

I love; ‘All You Need’, I use it but also I put it in my 16 year old daughter's daily juice. She is up at 5am to go training everyday and Doesn’t get home until 8pm she is so busy and dedicated and yet also fit and full of energy with a really strong immune system. It’s great to know that she has all that she needs to keep up the pace.

I love the taste of this nutritious blend. I have it every morning in a smoothy with coconut milk forest fruits milled flaxseeds and sometimes banana and a bowl of porridge. my mood is better for it along with my yoga time in nature and exercise.

Love this super food use it every day

All You Need is a delicious supplement that is so versatile. The amount of nutrition packed in a tablespoon of this goodness is incredible. We throw it in so many recipes (check out their YouTube, soooo much on there. Also amazing recipes on her blogs) but we mainly use it in a daily smoothie for all the family. It is so reassuring to know we are literally getting all we need with ease! As my children say ‘All You Need fills my tummy with joy
