I bought this recently to enhance my performance with resistance training even within a week of use. It was very easy digestable as it was micronised and a pure plant based ingredient so I am sure it was easily metabolised.

Another big plus is it's very good value for money at 8p/gram vs. other comparable suppliers. Will buy lots more now in bulk.
