Natural Prevention & Support for Cancer

“Let food be your medicine, and medicine be your food” said the ‘father of western medicine’ Hippocrates.  At All You Need, we have created a superfood blend that is helping people be healthy by doing something so obvious, yet so overlooked – getting the nutrients we need to thrive.

Please note – the information in this newsletter, like all of our content, is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.  If you are unwell, go to a medical doctor.

This long newsletter has taken a great deal of time to research.  We hope you find the information useful.  It might just save your life.

Cancer is the 2nd largest killer in most Western industrialised nations.  Despite billions and billions spent in medical research over decades by the ‘brightest minds’ – cancer rates continue to rise.

What can we do to help prevent cancer, and if we have cancer what can we do to support our immune system in this healing journey?

LOVE & KINDNESS

“Love is a great miracle cure. Self-love works wonders in our lives” – Louise Hay

Love yourself and others.

Be kind to yourself and others.

Attitude

Our state of consciousness, our perceptions, our beliefs, our gratitude, our compassion, our behaviour, our words, our thoughts all can have a tremendous effect upon our wellbeing.  Medical science knows our state of mind influences our immune system calling it psychoneuroimmunology.

Being in a positive state of mind, changing our mental state through movement and music, meditation, mindfulness, prayer, singing, serving, all can help us feel good and be healthier.  Come on!  Get that attitude in the mode of gratitude – we can do this!!!

RELAXATION

We talk a lot about the importance of having time every day for deep relaxation.  How do you do this?  Managing stress is vital for our overall health.  Why not treat yourself to a complementary therapy such as massage or reflexology?  You deserve it!

TEAMWORK

We thrive individually and collectively in cooperation and teamwork, not competition and conflict.  Buddy up with someone – a coach, mentor, friend, family member, counsellor.  Get a vision of what you want to achieve – and take steps towards it every day – one step at a time.

FAMILY & FRIENDS

When all is said and done – what is the most important thing in your life?  Yes, families and friends go through ups and downs, and there can be trauma along the way – but by saying the Ho’oponopono chant with deep feeling:

I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me, I thank you”

Connections can be healed and strengthened.  Give it a try.  It is so important for our wellbeing and theirs.

CELEBRATE

What brings you joy?  What makes your heart sing?  What do you love to do?  Do it!

Nutrition

There is a lot to say on this subject (and as the internet is so heavily censored – we have to be careful about what we mention – for example we won’t be talking about a certain B vitamin that is one more than 16 and one less than 18).  Health researcher Phillip Day’s books ‘Cancer – Why We Are Still Dying To Know The Truth’ and ‘The ABC’s of Disease’ reveals a great deal about this subject.  Anyone wanting to explore this in detail is recommended to explore this via Phillip Day’s website www.credence.org.

Here are some headlines we can talk about:

Vitamin D

This nutrient is so essential to the function of the cells and immune system, and as so many are deficient in it, this should be top of the list to check and correct if necessary. Current research has implicated vitamin D deficiency as a major factor in the pathology of at least 17 varieties of cancer.

A simple test carried out by your GP is all that is needed to find where you are on the D scale, and this can then be corrected with sensible sun-exposure and supplementation.

As an aside Vitamin D deficiency is also indicated in heart disease, stroke, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, depression, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, muscle weakness, muscle wasting, birth defects, periodontal disease and more.  This is why All You Need contains 2000IU Vitamin D3 per serving.  We have learnt how important Vitamin D is and have made this a big part of our superfood blend.

Vitamin C

Twice Nobel Prize winner Dr Linus Pauling, often known as the ‘Father of Vitamin C’ claimed that large intakes of up to 10g of the vitamin complex each day aids anti-cancer activity within the body.  One role of Vitamin C is as an antioxidant, which simply means it removes toxins from the body, and toxins – which are now more prevalent than ever, can cause cancer.  All You Need contains 510mg of naturally sourced vitamin C from plants such as camu camu, rosehip, acerola cherry and sea buckthorn.

Plant-based

The World Health Organization has classified processed meat as a Group 1 carcinogen (known to cause cancer) which means that there’s strong evidence that processed meats cause cancer.  Studies have shown that people who consumed dairy products regularly had significantly greater risks of developing some types of cancer.

An organic, whole food plant-based diet is recommended due to its high levels of antioxidants, phyto-nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibre and enzymes.

Medicinal Mushrooms

Numerous studies show the benefits of medicinal mushrooms preventing cancer as well as being used in alongside ‘conventional’ cancer treatment.  For more than 30 years, medicinal mushrooms have been approved as an addition to standard cancer treatments in Japan and China.

They contain compounds called beta-glutans, which have a modulating and optimising effect upon the immune system.  They assist the function of many essential organs and have been shown in clinical trials to destroy cancer cells.

Bowel health

Yogananda called constipation the ‘deadliest disease’ because it prevents the removal of toxins and waste from the system.  A few tips:

Achieve optimal hydration.

Drink plenty of clean water. You might like to try putting a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt in your water to give you more minerals and improve the absorption.

Fibre.

Both soluble and non-soluble fibre is important for us to have regular bowel movements.  This is one of the many benefits of eating plant-based food.  All You Need has a wide range of plants including konjac fibre for good fibre support.

Digestive Enzymes.

Your body cannot process food without them, yet many people are lacking due to the consumption of cooked and processed foods.  All You Need contains a digestive enzyme blend which includes ginger, peppermint leaf, papain and fennel seed.

Pro-biotics.

‘Friendly’ bacteria essential for metabolism of food and gut health are found by eating a range of fruits and vegetables which each contain a spectrum of pro-biotic compounds.  The wide range of fruits and vegetables in All You Need gives you a foundation of probiotics.  Fermented foods, such as sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha, contain high levels of pro-biotics.  If your gut health is compromised you may want to supplement with a high-quality probiotic supplement.

Eating freshly picked, organic, unsprayed, unwashed fruits and vegetables (think a fresh apple off the tree) contains a massive number of beneficial micro-organisms that support good gut health.  Sadly, few people eat in this natural way anymore.

Herbal Cleanse / Enema / Colonic Hydrotherapy

These are options that you may wish to explore with professional guidance that exponents say can have a massive impact upon bowel function and overall health.

Detox

This is another massive subject.  Areas to consider detoxing are:

Toxicity from electromagnetic pollution – over use of mobile phones, wifi, microwave ovens, 5G etc

Toxic people and relationships.  Our emotional wellbeing is so important to our physical health.  Are your relationships nurturing or harming you?  Take action, be strong and respect yourself and others.

Toxicity from food.  Is it any wonder people are so sick when we look at what they eat?  Go organic, and eat more plants.

Toxicity from too much sugar.  Sugar feeds cancer cells.

Toxicity in personal care items.  Check your personal care items – as some ingredients allowed in everyday items have potential harmful side effects.

Toxicity of social media / mainstream media.  So much of this is there to disempower and manipulate perception and behaviour.  Turn it off if it gets to you.

Toxicity in the water.  What is being added to your water supply?  Do you have water that is recycled – what does it contain?  We advise people buy a good water filter.

Toxicity from parasites.  Some researchers suggest a link between parasites and cancer.

Toxicity of alcohol, nicotine, caffeine etc.  There is an alternative to all of these things.

Find your purpose

Why are you here?

Find that purpose.

Ignite your passion for life.

Celebrate what you have achieved.

Dream – Believe – Achieve.
